The Spirit of the House

The sea, on every floor.

Ty Ar Vorlenn opens onto uninterrupted views of the Citadel, the estuary, the sea and, in the distance, the island of Groix. It sits perfectly between the Port de la Pointe, La Grande Plage and the lively streets of central Port-Louis, with their shops and boutiques.

On foot from the house, you can explore Port-Louis itself, and from there take a boat across to Gâvres or Lorient.

This family home has been fully renovated, and the sea is visible from every floor. Every piece of furniture and every detail has been chosen with care — here, every object has a story to tell. We've thought of everything for your comfort, while keeping the home's warm, Breton, family soul intact.
